Outreach

At Sheraton Park, we strongly believe in the Great Commission.  Jesus commanded us in Matthew 28:19-20 to "Go" and we strive to do just that. Whether it is through community events, follow up visitation or door to door outreach, we are reaching out to our community to share the gospel of Jesus Christ.  

Outreach Ministries and opportunities:

Operation Saturation:  Once a month we go out on a Saturday Morning at 10:00 am and go door to door inviting people to Sheraton Park Church.  

Follow up Visitation: Every visitor to Sheraton Park that fills out a visitor's card receives a letter and a brief, friendly visit from someone in our church the very next week, thanking them for attending our service.

Community Events:  We strive to minister to our community and reach people through means such as a Community Trunk or Treat on Halloween, and Helping 3:16 Food Pantry Ministry.  We also will have a float in the Pleasant Garden Christmas Parade each year in December and hand out gospel tracts, and candy to as many as possible at the parade. We want people to know where Sheraton Park Church is and what we are all about.  Our goal is "To know Him and to make Him known!"
